The Farm consists of about 72 English Acres, and the Mill has been lately re-built and fitted up by the late John Glenny, with three pairs of stones for grinding oats and the most approved machinery for dressing the meal. It is in full operation, and has yielded since the late improvements, a very handsome return for the capital. FARM AND CORN-MILL TO BE SUBLET, WITH IMMEDIATE ENTRY. ALL and Whole the FARM and MILL of LETHENTY, about 2 miles from the thriving Market Town of Inverury (by Keith-Hall), and 18 miles from Aberdeen, between which towns there is a Canal, and very facility for the conveyance of Train. The Farm, which is in good condition, consists of about 72 English Acres. The Mill has been lately rebuilt, and fitted up with three pairs of Stones, and the most approved Machinery for Grinding Oats and Dressing Oatmeal, by the late Tenant, John Glenny, and is in full operation. A large and remunerating business has been done and still continues to be carried on at the Mill, which is situated in one of the best Agricultural districts in Aberdeenshire.
