A PETITION DISMISSED In the Divorce Court on Thursday the petition was heard of Mr. Henry J. Farley, a machinist, formerly of Whitegate Road, Southend, and Pall Mall, Leigh, for the dissolution of his marriage on the ground of the alleged adultery of his wife with the co-respondent, Mr. Fredk. Andrews. The charges were denied. The jury stopped the case. They found no adultery, and the petition was dismissed. |
