Mrs Jessie White (daughter of Arthur Baggs of Bristol) remembered visiting the family as a child. Charles Baggs, she said, was a tea-importer. She was taken to his warehouse in Lake Road, which was lined with huge canisters full of tea. He used to blend the tea especially to his customers' preferences.
