MRS. S. WALLER'S DEATH. There passed away on Wednesday (16th) one of Droxford's most respected inhabitants in Mrs. Susan Waller, widow of the late Mr. Arthur Waller, draper, etc., of Portsmouth, at the age of 79 years. She had resided at South View, Droxford, for the past nine years. The body was conveyed on Monday by motor hearse to Highland Road Cemetery, Portsmouth, for interment. Here the deceased lady's husband was buried 23 years ago. The chief mourners at the funeral were:Mr. Arthur Aller (son), C.P.O. Fred Waller (son), Miss Waller (daughter), Mr. Maurice Waller (grandson), Mrs. Arthur Waller (daughter-in-law), Mr. A. Knight (cousin). Floral tributes were from Arthur and Annie, Rose and Maurice, family at Sopley, Mr. A. Knight, Admiral and Mrs. Jones, Mrs. Wilson, Mrs. A. Taylor, Mrs. Barter, and Mr. Higman. |
