Joseph Taylor acquaints this Meeting that his (Joseph Coat's) mother refused to give her free Consent nor anything under her hand thinking them too near Related in Kindred, being cousins once remove on one side, but she ordered Joseph Taylor to let this Meeting know she was willing to Pass it or suffer it to go forward; though this meeting doth not approve of that Decree of Kindred marrying with each other, yet this Meeting is willing to Pass it. Joshua Stansfield and wife having given their consent this Meeting accepts it as a first Presentation.

JOSEPH COATES's CREDITORS.

The Creditors of Joseph Coates, late of Lynesack, in the county of Durham, Gentleman, deceased, are desired to meet at the house of Mrs Bass, known by the sign of the Rose and Crown, in Barnard Castle, in the same county, on Wednesday the first of February next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon, to consider what necessary measures ought to be pursued for obtaining an immediate account of the Estate and Effects of the deceased, and for enforcing the payment of a final dividend: And also on other special affairs relative to the trust estate.

As this meeting is desired by several of the principal Creditors, it is hoped that every Person interested will attend, and more particularly that the Trustees will then exhibit their Accounts to save further trouble on that score.
