To be SOLD by public Auction,

On Wednesday the 10th day of May now next, between the hours of 4 and 6 in the afternoon, at the house of Mrs Elizabeth Crampton, the sign of the Black Bull Inn, Barnard-castle, subject to such conditions as shall then be produced, and either together or in lots, to suit the convenience of purchasers,

ALL that desirable FREEHOLD ESTATE, situate at Boldron, in the North Riding of the county of York, late the property of Mr John Applegarth, deceased, containing by admeasurement 67 acres, with the dwelling-house and other out-buildings thereon erected, now in the occupation of George Shaw, as tenant.

The above estate is situate near the great north road, is about a mile from the market town of Barnard-castle, and within the manor or lordship of Bowes; the purchasers will consequently be entitled to sport upon the very extensive commons thereto belonging, so generally known and celebrated for the abundance of their game.
