FUNERAL SERVICE AT CHRIST CHURCH, CLIFTON. The funeral of the late Mr Arthur Henry Baggs, of 7, Christ Church Road, Clifton, took place yesterday. He was connected with Messrs Page and Co., solicitors, for 37 years, and had a wide circle of friends. The first part of the service was held at Christ Church, Clifton, the Rev. A. Champion officiating. The chief mourners were as follows:Mrs Baggs (widow), Mr F.J. Baggs, Mr D.W. Baggs, Mr K. Baggs, Mr G. Baggs (sons), Mr and Mrs H.C. White (daughter and son-in-law), Mr and Mrs F. Baker (daughter and son-in-law), the misses Dorothy, Hilda, Phyllis, Joyce Baggs (daughters), Mrs Baggs, senior (mother), Mr H.G. Madley (brother-in-law), Mr Percy Page, Mr and Mrs Harold Page, Messrs H. Davis, H.W. Walters, H. Dancy, Naiment, James, W. Temple, H. Brand, A. Vann, T. Calway, F. Anderson, and Tucker (representing Mr G.E. Rallison), and Mrs Treble. There were such a number of beautiful floral tributes that an extra carriage was necessary. The funeral arrangements were entrusted to Mr Charles Smith, of 23, Bath Road, Totterdown. |
