NEWCASTLE BRIDE IN BLUE The wedding took place the Friends' Meeting House, Pilgrim Street, Newcastle to-day of Miss Mary E. Richardson, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence Richardson, of Stonehame, Beech Grove Road, Newcastle, and Mr. John Philipson, son of Mr. and Mrs. James P. Richardson [sic], of Woolsington. The bride, who wore a gown of deep Speedwell blue panne velvet, and carried a bouquet of red roses, was attended by her sister, Miss Helen Richardson, and the sister of the bridegroom, Miss Enid Philipson, also in blue gowns. Mr. W.J. Rigby was best man. |
