Child of Frederick and Maud Emily Bartlett

I think there's a cousin out there, who used to send us Canadian papers regularly, we used to get a Canadian paper with a comic cartoon page, which we always, as children, we loved to read. I think the cousin was slightly simple-minded, I have the impression—and was a bit of a worry to her parents out there.
