ALEXANDER DAVIS is favoured with instructions from the Trustees of the late Mr. Charles Seward, to Sell by Auction, at the Swan Hotel, Kingsclere, on Friday, November 5th, 1875, at One o'clock in the afternoon for Two precisely, in 13 Lots, the following FREEHOLD PROPERTIES and BUILDING LAND, situate in the parish of Kingsclere, viz.:Three brick and tiled Freehold DWELLING HOUSES and Outbuildings, with the gardens, well of water, and piece of Ground at the back, in the respective occupations of Charles Povey, Edward Overington, and Charles Cooper; also a Large Store House, as occupied by Mr. Garrett. Two brick and tiled COTTAGES, situate on the Newbury Road, with gardens back and front, late in the occupation of Henry Crane and David Dyer. Four brick-built COTTAGES, situate in the Dell, facing the road leading from Kingsclere to Hannington, with a well of water, and gardens, in the occupation of Samuel Rolfe, James Dollery, Charles Miles, and George Dowling. Two newly brick-built COTTAGES, under one roof, with the gardens thereto, situate in the Dell, in the occupation of Jesse Smith and Charles Rolfe; also Eight brick, fling, and chalk-built COTTAGES, with gardens and outbuildings, situate in the Dell, in the occupation of James Elliot, Daniel Smith, and others. A Piece of Freehold Meadow Land, well adapted for building, containing about a Quarter of an Acre, with iron fencing, as now occupied by Mr W. Owen.
