Suggestions for further research

It seems unlikely that the Hughesdon line can be taken any further back, especially given the variety of spellings of the family name.

The marriage of [I26] Haddock Thomas Hughesdon to [I33] Grace ____ would open up a new line of enquiry, if found. But it's not impossible that there was no formal marriage ceremony.
