TANNERY. TO BE SOLD, or LET, AN exceedingly commodious and well-watered TANYARD, consisting of 98 Pits of different descriptions, with suitable Work-Houses, Drying Sheds, &c. a Patent Bark Mill, and Stove for Drying in Winter. Also, a very good DWELLING-HOUSE, fit for the reception and accommodation of a large Family, with suitable Out-Buildings, an Orchard, a small Kitchen Garden, and upwards of Two and a Half Acres of rich Meadow and Pasture Land. The above Premises are Leasehold for a term of Nine Hundred and Ninety-nine years, near Eight Hundred of which are yet unexpired, are Tithe-free, and Land-Tax redeemed, and conveniently situated in the Township of Ruswarp, at about the distance of half a mile from the large and populous seaport Town of Whitby, and are now in the occupation of Mr THOMAS GALILEE, who carries on the business as usual, of whom particulars, and of Mr. ISAAC GALILEE, Tanner, York, may be known.
