TO BE SOLD, TOGETHER OR SEPARATELY, In lots suitable to purchasers, At the house of GEORGE TAYLOR, innkeeper, in Sedbergh, on the 28th of 6 Month (June) 1811, at six o'clock in the evening (if not previously disposed of by private contract, of which notice will be given) ALL that FREEHOLD, TITHE-FREE ESTATE, the property of James Collinson, of Yealand, and which may be entered upon at the usual times next Spring, pleasantly situated at Brigflats, in the parish of Sedbergh, and county of York, one mile from the market-town of Sedbergh, and ten miles from Kendal and Kirkby Lonsdale; comprising a substantial Dwelling-house, well-built and finished, and calculated for a family desirous to retire into the country; with suitable outbuildings, a neat Garden and good Orchard, lately planted, and in full bearing, and a thriving Plantation above the house; together with nineteen acres and one half, or thereabouts, statue measure, of excellent Arable, Meadow, or Pasture Ground, lying contiguous to the dwelling-house, well watered, and in a high state of cultivation, with UNLIMITED COMMON-RIGHT upon the very extensive commons within the township of Sedbergh aforesaid The estate is near the Rivers Rather and Lune, and is well adapted to the new mode of husbandry. *** For further particulars, or private treaty, apply to ROBERT FOSTER, of Heblethwaite Hall, near Sedbergh; or to JAMES DAVIS, of Sedbergh, who will shew the premises.
