JOHN GOUNDRY's CREDITORS. THE Estate and Effects (as well in Possession as in Reversion, of John Goundry, late of West Auckland, in the County of Durham, Innkeeper, having, in Conformity to the Insolvent Act, been some time ago, at the General Quarter Sessions of the Peace held at the City of Durham, in and for the said County, on Adjournment), inserted in the Schedule of the said John Goundry then and there exhibited, and which said Estate and Effects then vested in the Clerk of the Peace for the said County, and have lately by him been duly assigned to Messrs Robson and Co. of Rutheyford, in the say County, Malsters, Brewers, and Copartners, Creditors of the said John Goundry, for the Benefit of themselves and the Rest of the Creditors. All Persons who have any Demands upon the Estate and Effects of the said John Goundry, are hereby requested forthwith to transmit a Particular of the same to the said Messrs Robson and Co. or to Mr Fairless, Bishop Auckland, as Steps are now taking to procure an immediate Dividend amongst the real Creditors of the Money applicable for that Purpose.
