COWLING, IN CRAVEN.

TO be SOLD by AUCTION, by Mr. Merryweather, at the House of Mr. Slack, the White Bear Inn, Cross Hills, in the Parish of Kildwick, in the County of York, between the Hours of Six and Eight o'Clock in the Evening of Wednesday the 19th Day of December, 1821, subject to such Conditions as will be then and there produced:

All that Valuable FREEHOLD ESTATE, situate at Gill Bottom, in the Township of Cowling, in the parish of Kildwick aforesaid, now in the Occupation of Mr. John Binns and his Undertenants, comprising an Excellent Farm House and Two Cottages, with a good Barn, Garden, and suitable Outbuildings adjoining; and the several Closes of excellent Arable Meadow and Pasture LAND therewith occupied, containing in the whole 9A, 3R, 0P, be the same more or less.

The Buildings are in good Repair; and the Lands are in good Condition, and well watered and fenced.

Mr. John Binns, the Tenant, will show the Premises; and further Particulars may be had of the Rev. Edward Sunderland, Gainsborough, Lincolnshire, the Owner; or at the Offices of Mr. ALCOCK, Solicitor, Skipton.
