James Procter's Bankruptcy. THE Creditors of JAMES PROCTER, late of Yarm, in the County of York, Merchant, are requested to meet the Assignees of his Estate and [Assets?] at FRANCIS STAPLES', in Yarm, on THURSDAY the 11th Day of March instant, at THREE o'Clock in the Afternoon, in order that the present state of affairs relative to the Bankruptcy, particularly with respect to a suit in Chancery, instituted by Messrs. Hammond and Co. against the said Assignees and others, and the cause of delay in making a Final dividend, may be explained and made known to the Creditors. |
