at the Bucks Summer Assizes, in Aylesbury:Henry Gray, 13, labourer, William Gray, 11, labourer, and Joseph Plumridge, 12, labourer, charged with burglariously breaking and entering the dwelling house of Robert Smith, at Eton, on the night of the 24th June, and stealing three knives, two fishing reels, forty yards of fishing line, one purse, and £10, the property of the said Robert Smith.

Henry Gray, 13, labourer, William Gray, 11, labourer, and Joseph Plumridge, 12, labourer, charged with burglariously breaking and entering the dwelling house of Robert Smith, at Eton, on the night of the 24th June, and stealing three knives, two fishing reels, forty yards of fishing line, one purse, and £10, the property of the said Robert Smith.

The prisoners pleaded guilty and were sentenced to twenty-eight day's imprisonment, after that time to be sent to a reformatory school for four years.
